Each category draws from a selected set of business channels. We show up to five eligible videos, ranked by their YouTube view counts at the last completed collection. Most viewed among the videos selected for this collection. Ties use publication date (newest first), then video ID. Discovery coverage may be partial even after a successful update; dates and coverage appear alongside the collection.

Our category introductions are our own editorial copy; video titles, channel names and raw statistics come from YouTube. Popularity is a useful starting point, not a guarantee of quality or business results.
Most categories include long videos of 8 minutes or more. Millionaire Interviews is a separate collection of short interviews under 8 minutes. “Short interviews” is our editorial description. YouTube Shorts status stays unverified unless independently confirmed; duration alone does not identify the platform format.
Videos need English audio language information or an explicit English-language review when that information is missing. Uncertain language is held for review. View counts are collected snapshots, not live counters; older collections are labeled and expired videos are hidden.

Video cards display official thumbnails from YouTube's i.ytimg.com image server automatically. The selected video's official player loads automatically when you open its video page.
Thumbnail requests contact Google/YouTube and send network data such as your IP address, page origin and request details. Opening the collection initially does not load the YouTube player script or a video iframe. Missing or failed images use a local placeholder.
Opening an available video page automatically loads the official YouTube player script and a youtube-nocookie.com video iframe, which contact Google/YouTube and send network data such as your IP address, page origin and request details. Playback starts when you use the official play button. Leaving the video page or switching videos removes the current player; it does not recall information already sent. Thumbnails remain visible.
Browsing and watching do not require an account. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the provider shares a verified account identifier and email. Google may also share a display name; Apple may provide a private relay email. We store these to identify your account and keep your saved list. Google and Apple sign-ins create separate accounts, even with the same email. Use the same option when you return. We do not request access to your YouTube account, watch history or subscriptions, and do not store provider passwords or access/refresh tokens.
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We store saved video IDs, the category where you saved them, save dates and the watched status you choose. Opening a video does not automatically mark it watched. Video metadata is refreshed separately and hidden when it expires or becomes ineligible. A short-lived save request in this browser lets us finish saving the video you selected after sign-in.
You can remove saved videos, sign out, or delete your account and saved list from Account. Deleting your account also ends all your sign-in sessions here. It does not delete your Google, Apple or YouTube account. After deleting an Apple-linked account here, remove this site under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings to revoke its Apple authorization. We do not automatically revoke that authorization or synchronize later revocation from Apple. Session and temporary sign-in records are removed after they expire during routine maintenance.
